Texas de Brazil
Me and Adam are celebrating. We have now been dating for 2 years... So tonight we figure we should do something a little special. We are going out to eat.
I have some kind of coupon with "two for one" at Texas de brazil. I have always wanted to go there, but it is too expensive for me. it is like buffe for $50. But for only $25, it feels a little more reasonable.
The place is suppose to have really good food. And the servers walk around with scewers with diffrent kinds of meat on it and if you want some, you just let them know. The way you let them know is by hitting a little button on your table.
I am really excited and I am hungry already.
The day at the pool was great... And now I am finally a little tanned. Then me and Therese walked by the soccer field... I miss it!! A lot!! they were running and even though I hate that, I actually miss that too (even though I would never admit that except on my blog).
Now me and Therese are in the library: She needfed to print something and I came with. I have not been here in so long, miss this too:)
Time for me to go on a run around the lake now, listen to my book on tape, and then get ready for dinner.

Me and one of my two lovely roomates had dinner. Sara was missing, but it was still ok.
The food we made was so good...

New Years Eve
New Years Eve this year was kind of random...
None of my close friends were in Lakeland...
I think because my expectations were so low, it turned out pretty good. I actually had fun, and it was a good night. Of course I would like to spend it with some of my closest friends and family, but these people still made it a good new year.

Last night
Last night before I went back to Florida was Adam's birthday.
We ate at a REALLY good sushi place. I loved it and the food was great.
We also played a little in the snow before we went to bed.
The line the next day when I flew back was... TERRIBLE... due to the terrorist attack at the Detroit airport.

Due to my busy life and broken computer, the blog has "been on ice".

Like I said... My compouter crashed. The hard drive got a scratch. What did I do?!!?! I lost ALL my pictures...
Oh well... I guess it could be worse? Or I don't know...

Insurance
I extended my insurance for my car today
At least it was cheaper than last time (sine knock on wood I'm a "safe" driver(?)
But the insurance was almost more than my car is worth??
And it's BORING to use money for that...
Ok, well... It's done.
When I got home my lap top did not work so I was on the line with Dell for a while...
Hopefully it will work when I come home...
So today:
-Got some sleep caught up (Great)
-Paid insurance (good to get it done)
-Refilled oil (good but I felt like a man... sexy woman maybe... and my hands got dirty)
-Broken laptop (not so good)
Now work while all my friends (not all but some:) are alligator hunting?!
Have a great night... Time for work!!!

On Christmas Day when we were going to bed we heard people outside.
Their nighbours were fighting...
They still live in a nice neighbourhood... So I thought it was pretty funny.
The typical bias about Detroit was real!!!:)
So we were like four little curious kids listening and watching through the different windows...
Finally after some fights and some bad words, the police came and ever one calmed down.
I see it as an experience:)

After a great week of a whole bunch of Miller people, we flew to Detroit to spend Xmas. I miss my friends, but it was a great time!!!
I worked from 7 til 3, and then we wentto the airport.
Adam's dad is a member of some Delta club or something so me and Adam spend some time there. Free snacks (coockies, hummus, OLIVES, crackers, carrots, all kinds of stuff), and free alcohol (wine, beer, AND drinks)...
So of course I had a great time. Adam told me to have some since he knows I am a little scared of flying. Especilly since almost half of all the flights had been cancelled due to the weather.
But the flight went well... and everhting was good.

I love their Tuna Dip!! And I don't even like tuna?
And they have 99 beers. I love one of them. Cherry Wheat. And I don't like Cherry?
And I had one of their salads... Because I wasn't very hungry?!?!
The salad made me full!!! And it was really really really good.

My love graduates... yes:) What a great day! And you know what... he graduates with a GPA of 4.0. He doesn't like when I say that... But I don't care... I think it's impressive
